Kathmandu: Everest, the latest book by author and guide Ramesh Silwal, has been launched at the International Mountain Museum (IMM) in Pokhara. Carrying the subtitle An Unfinished Story, the book was unveiled in the IMM courtyard, set beneath Machhapuchhre and framed by the silent presence of three of the world’s 8,000-meter peaks.

Chitwan: The World AIDS Day is being observed around the world, including Nepal today under the theme “Overcoming disruption, transforming the AIDS response”.
