Nepal Life Insurance contributes Rs 1.5 crore to Physical Infrastructure Reconstruction Fund

Kathmandu. Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has contributed Rs. Rs 1.5 crore has been provided. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, Mr. Govinda Lal Sanghai, Director Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Agrawal and Mr. Prabin Raman Parajuli, Chief Executive Officer of the company, jointly handed over the cheque of Rs. 1.5 crore to the Honorable Minister of Finance, Rameshwor Prasad Khanal.

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has contributed Rs 1.5 crore to the Physical Infrastructure Reconstruction Fund for the reconstruction, economic recovery and relief of the public infrastructure damaged during the Genji demonstration and agitation on September 7 and 24. The support amount was provided by the company as part of its corporate social responsibility.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nepal Life Insurance Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Govinda Lal Sanghai said that Nepal Life Insurance has been implementing various programs under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program.

Genji said the public infrastructure was badly damaged during the protests and protests and he was happy to help rebuild it. He also expressed his readiness to provide such support in the coming days as well.

He also urged the company to support various programs to be implemented by the Government of Nepal for economic, social and physical transformation. On the occasion, Finance Minister Rameshwor Prasad Khanal thanked Nepal Life Insurance for its support.
