Biratnagar Kings registered a dominant 53-run victory over Pokhara Avengers in the Third match of the Nepal Premier League 2025.

Under the lights at the TU International Cricket Stadium, Biratnagar posted a record-breaking 220/6, the highest team total in NPL history.

Lokesh Bam (72 off 48) and Martin Guptill (61 off 35) led the charge with impressive half-centuries.
Shubham Ranjane added a fiery 38 off 16, while Narayan Joshi struck a quick 11 from 3 balls.

For Pokhara, Matt Taylor claimed two wickets as the bowlers struggled to contain the flow of runs.

Chasing 221, Pokhara were bowled out for 167 in 18.5 overs.
Only captain Kushal Bhurtel (59 off 31) and Adam Rossington (39 off 21) showed resistance.

Biratnagar’s bowling was clinical, with Sandeep Lamichhane, Pratish GC, Shubham Ranjane, and Marchant de Lange each taking two wickets.
