Kathmandu, March 3: An astrologer who claimed that the election would not take place on March 5 has been arrested.

Rudranath Adhikari was taken into custody, according to Pawan Kumar Bhattarai, Superintendent of Police and spokesperson for the District Police Range, Kathmandu.
