KATHMANDU: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has revised the retail prices of petroleum products after receiving updated purchase rates from the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC).

According to the new rates received today, the purchase price of diesel has decreased by Rs 1.44 per litre, while the purchase price of aviation fuel has increased by Rs 5.62 per litre.

As decided by the NOC Board of Directors, the revised prices will take effect from 00:01 AM on December 1, 2025 (2082/08/15). Under the new rates:

• Diesel and kerosene retail prices have been reduced by Rs 1 per litre.

• Aviation fuel (domestic) has increased by Rs 6 per litre.

• Aviation fuel (international – Kathmandu) has been increased by USD 42 per kilolitre.

• The prices of aviation fuel for Pokhara and Bhairahawa (international flights) remain unchanged.

• Petrol and LPG prices remain the same.

NOC has also fixed the new retail prices for petroleum products within a 15-kilometre radius of its depots and offices.
