Nepal U19 Begin ACC U-19 Premier Cup with Strong Win
Nepal U19 defeated Saudi Arabia comfortably in their ACC U-19 Premier Cup opener. Chasing 219 runs, Nepal reached the target in 30.4 overs, losing just 2 wickets.
Saudi Arabia batted first and scored 218/9 in 50 overs. Mohammad Zuber scored 48, Mohammad Rehan 41, and Omer Ahmed 39.
Nepal’s captain Ashok Dhami took 2 wickets for 34 runs, while Dayanand Mandal, Sushil Rawal, Cibrin Shrestha, and Darsh Sonar picked 1 wicket each.
Nepal’s chase was powered by Niraj Kumar Yadav, who scored a brilliant 114 off 90 balls, earning Player of the Match.
