KATHMANDU: Twelve representatives have been unanimously elected from here for the 11th National General Convention of the CPN-UML to be held in Kathmandu on Dec 8.

According to Election Officer Rajkumar Chudal, the representatives include Dipen Pomu, Ghanendra Maden, Ananta Sawa, Kailash Rai, Gyanu Lawati, and Chhatrapati Pyakurel in the open category.

In the women’s category, Runmaya Gurung, Meena Kedem, Pramila Khanal, and Tika Subedi were chosen.

Gopal Neupane was selected from the youth category, while Buddhiman Pariyar represents the Dalit category.
