Kathmandu, Jan 11: The 304th birth anniversary of the nation’s founder Prithvi Narayan Shah is being celebrated across the country today with various programs.

On the occasion, the President, Prime Minister, and other dignitaries paid tribute by laying wreaths at the statue of Prithvi Narayan Shah located in front of the main gate of Singhadurbar.

Special programs, commemorations, and tribute events have been organized in different parts of the country to honor Shah’s contribution to national unification and state building.
