Kathmandu. Samata Domestic Laghubitta Bittiya Bittiya Sanstha has started the process of changing the promoter share structure.

Issuing a notice today, the company informed that it is going to change the structure of the promoter shares. After the merger, the promoter group owned 63.87 percent and the general public 36.13 percent.

The promoter group has increased its share structure to 5.11 percent and general public to 40.89 percent. As per the agreement, 4.76 percent shares of the promoter shareholders of the erstwhile Samata Laghubitta will be revised to the general public.

The notice has directed the promoter shareholders of the erstwhile Samata Laghubitta Laghubitta to submit a written application to the central office of the company in Banepa, Kavre, within 35 days. If no application is received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the promoter shares will be considered to be approved for modification to the general public.
