Kathmandu. Himalayan Life Insurance Company’s training program Friday Talk has concluded. The programme was held at Surunga of Jhapa on Friday.

In the program, training was imparted on how to provide the best service. The program was facilitated by the company’s Koshi Province Chief Ram Bahadur Shahi.

He said that to be a good facilitator, the insured should provide the best service. Province Chief Shahi stressed on paying attention to indicators like target setting and capacity identification.

On the occasion, Senior Agency Manager and MDRT Khibaraj Dahal said that the plan should be provided as per the needs and wishes of the insured.

On the occasion, agency managers Dilip Gautam and Chhunu Rai were felicitated for their outstanding business every month.
